Sohail Aman Did well during his time period as Air Chief. Now, let the new chief take the command and start his work towards new horizons of development. This is a sequence, One of the best is coming after another the best.

The last good looking one was Abbas Khattak I think...the best looking in my mind was Jamal and then Farooq F Khan...and then Asghar Khan and then probably Shamim?

Leave the alone they are going to waste time. By the way Sohail Aman in his last speech has mentioned some sort of completion of BLOCK III do you have any idea what he means does it mean we have decided the design of jet I mean shape and now we can soon seen the small scale model of it

He said after the hard work of 2 and a half year, the design is finalized. There is a lot of space to improve JF-17 and he cannot think of a better contract for BlockIII than they have done considering the budgetary constraint PAF is faced with.

In air chief's last address to the PAF, he mentions about finalisation of Block-3 @ -3.30

Say what you like about him, he left PAF in an amazing state, it has never been as powerful vis a vis the IAF as it has now, not even when we had masses of F-86s and Starfighters in the late 50s.
In his short tenure he presided over the launch of a new base, several new squadrons and weapons systems and set up Air Combat Centre of Excellence. I strongly believe that the PAF is one of the best insititutions in Pakistan with regards to selecting the best to lead it. New ACM has some very big shoes to fill but already his background looks promising, being a F-16 pilot from very early on and being trained at Jordan's staff college will mean he will have excellent US and Middle Eastern contacts too.
