DCS is about as real of a simulation you can get as a civilian, and it's pretty good... but it will cost a lot.

Rest are just your usual action filled generic games, do not imitate reality but hey, they are fun and feature really good graphics.

You are absolutely correct, but for other aircrafts (i mean other than F-16)
Falcon BMS is absolute and pure F-16 simulation.
i mean that.
However, both have their own features. But for F-16, everyone should go with Falcon BMS

Its an add-on by janhas.net for Falcon BMS. However BMS mainly contains theaters as following :
Korea-US war
Israel theater
Mediterranean theatre
kurile island conflict
baltic theater
nordic theater
Balakan theatre.
and some more.....

All have different Aircraft types w.r.t to war situation etc.

Falcon BMS is basically all F16's simulator. So all F-16 models and skins are available on manual download.

i guess someone could reskin the Vigglen into Tejas, since the performance characteristics between the two are so similar i guess.. there are quite a few reskins in DCS.. i would do it if i knew how..
