Seriously ?? Well western counterparts of the saudis are much proficient in having such solutions.
But we have done a very good job in setting up PAC Kamra, and after seeing the recently video documentaries i say they have done great job.
i'm only speculating on what purpose would our ACM meet the C/Prince.

If you check you will find that KSA is currently a partner nation of the Typhoon program, holding an equal seat to that of Germany, Italy, UK and Spain.
Its funny. Every prince, son of prince, grandson of prince, cousin of prince..and you-name-it of king/princes are holding key positions in KSA. Some are governors...while others are defense ministers...very "efficient" governance I must say
And no, the reason for not assembling the Typhoon in Saudi Arabia is that the company responsible for the Assembly refused to carry on the assembly work after it first agreed on doing it, Al-Salam Aerospace was going to assemble the Typhoons in Saudi Arabia but then Boeing increased its shares in Al-Salam from 20% to 50% effectively having the majority of shares and sole decision making, which then Boeing refused to assemble Typhoon.
Saudi Arabia looked for an alternative company to do the work but most companies shied away from the deal as they can not handle the insurance and guarantees required by the RSAF. Typhoon currently DO have an overhaul and maintenance facility, and is the second largest hub of Typhoon maintenance and production after Warton. Not to mention we also got ToT on the complete Avionics package of the Typhoon with maintenance and complete spare parts production capability.

Honestly? First of all, these countries have different amount of shares in the program itself. Secondly, KSA is mainly a partner for BAE and UK, not a partner nation of the consortium, or of the program. They take benefit of the KSA's money to fund certain weapon integrations and possibly the development of the AESA radar, but that's it. Just like the UAE, KSA needs the Europeans to get certain weapons and techs that the US don't allow Gulf countries to have, but your description about how Boeing took over the majority of your industry and stopped the assembly in the KSA shows who has the control and who benefitted the most. How much did it cost Boeing to procure the shares and how much get they back with their $30 billion deal?
