Seems to be fine at this end.
Most of the footage is from PAF Base Masroor, and a number of Mirages can be seen equipped with an IFR.

Were these aircraft from the dedicated naval squadron? (8 sqn I think).

There was also a Mirage Reconnaissance version visible in the program.

Yup, Mirage-V PA-3s of No-8 (Haider) dedicated maritime strike squadron.

The others belonged to No-7 (Bandits) and 22 (Ghazi) the Mirage OCU.

This is a very serious issue, recently before eid a Rafiqui based FT-7PG averted a serious bird hit. Thanks to some show of talent by GIBS pilot, aircraft landed safely.

They can clear the area within the base parameters but say a mile out in the line of a flight path, there is little they can exercise.

That's where the caution and awareness comes into play.

There has been a birdstrike.

A PIA flight out of Lahore. Aircraft landed safely.

all the land fills must be kept very far away from air fields, these birds mostly fly near land fills for food. I have saw lot of land fill type places near Isb airport and NK airbase.
