Your definition suits much to yourself, as population vs migrants you much larger than India(India is 6 time your population, but only around 3 times the migrants).This also the fact that for high end jobs, Indians getting very good package in the country(so they don't leave the country) unlike pakistan.

A Pew Research study said that the number of Indians living abroad were much higher than the UN estimate for the same time. It said 15.6 million Indians were living abroad which meant 5% of all international immigrants were Indians.

Incidentally, India was the top most country to receive remittances ($69 billion) from its migrants for the same year, followed by China ($64 billion) and Philippines ($29 billion).

President and CEO of Western Union in an article for the World Economic Forum quoted a National Foundation for American Policy study said 33% of companies founded by migrants were started by Indians and 7% of all UK companies were set up by Indians.

Within the US community alone, 21% of Indian migrants are in management, business or finance occupations, compared with 11% of all migrants. Meanwhile, 7% of all UK companies were founded by Indians. In the US, 33% of immigrant-founded companies had an Indian founder.

In case of pakistan, if there are more millionaires and billionaires from pakistani origin then one way good for country and they have tendency to start business back at home(depends on investment climate)...

people talking about stopping imports and consuming domestic don't really know how to modern economy works.

The goal is not to decrease imports, the goal is to increase exports. every country on earth (including China) needs to import, so you fighting a loosing game that way.
What China has done is said "okay, we can't stop importing so lets increase our export and make up the difference" That is how you get rich.

Of course Pakistan is so pathetic at exporting that even the few things that they export don't even come with a "Made in Pakistan" sign

Imran Khan is part of this conspiracy... he actually go abroad to collect charity, which he than use to ride on private jets, and rent Mercedes Benz.

OSP pay tax abroad, and when they bring home savings they have to pay tax again.

I being Pakistani, knows the amount of corruption happening at our customs is more than $ 18 billion.

The transit aid which Zardari govt. has promised to India is worth much more than $ 18 billion... Imran Khan has never objected or stopped any container in NWFP.
I have no doubt in my mind, that Imran Khan has been promised PM position by CIA for his cooperation.
