Over 70 percent Indians face risk of malaria infection: report

It is similar logic when chinese members say all indian and western newspapers are propaganda machines.
Similarly xinhua, chinadaily and global times are official mouth piece of ccp and so biggest propaganda machines on earth.

PAKISTANis have 99% risk. You almost insulted pakshah here.
but the difference is we know that, thats why we don take them seriously, unlike indians their empty ego dancing around those propaganda machines and calling others brainwashed lol

.
This shows how xinhua selectively reports

1. Pakistan has 99% risk
2. India has 70 % risk
3. China has 50% risk

Xinhua only reported India trying degrade image of India.

@rcmj This is what is called propoganda...........
selective reports are invented by the west and used widely by your wannabe media, since it is the old techniques used for long time but I am still suprised this report hurts so many indians feeling so deeply

. .
so you dont``this is about malaria in poor india not China, and for which part did you get the idea that i was lecturing you?

Yes we do, but am not going around saying shyte like
"when you dont have clean water supply and hygiene standard you bound to have such things.. we had this too in 60s and 70s".

As it turns out in Superpower super rich China, 700 Million Chinese are at risk of getting malaria. Probably the northern most country in the world with such high percentage of people under risk.

Oh unless of course you were talking about Britain! And never said you were lecturing me, I said "us", your English is getting poorer ever since you moved to China:lol:

Enjoy that egg on your face.

So you agree that xinhua a ccp mouthpiece is propaganda

Its always the same,
superpower China with 150 million poor, 700 million with malaria risk and human development index rank of 100

Its always the same,
superpower China with 150 million poor, 700 million with malaria risk and human development index rank of 100

First, 700 millions with malaria risk in China is surely exaggeration, because it is mostly arctic/temperate/subtropical country and not lie in tropical zone. There is possibly some risk, but the risk is much lower than in tropical countries.

Second, China themselves never refer to their country as superpower. The name is used only by India and western press. The Chinese, as well as other North East Asian, culturally, always hide their true face in a humble way. Therefore, I never read any Chinese paper refered to themselves as "superpower", even remotely. They prefer to call themselves "developing, poor etc.", just like the Japanese always teach their students that Japan is a poor country.

Due to that mentality, in general, China admit their problems (still many of them) and work to solve them, rather than blah blah about their country being superpower and deny all these problems as only propaganda. Therefore, they may be being feared and hated by many, but are also respected.

Over 70 percent Indians face risk of malaria infection: report

NEW DELHI, Dec. 18 (Xinhua) -- Over 70 percent of India's population, or about 1 billion people face the risk of malaria infection, local press reported Sunday.

Moreover, around 310 million Indians face the "highest risk" of getting infected by the vector-borne disease, said the electronic edition of The Times of India.

India has over 100 million suspected malaria cases although only 1.59 million were confirmed to be infected by the disease last year, the report quoted the World Malaria report 2011 of the World Health Organization (WHO) as saying.

I can't believe some Indians are finding solace in the fact that they are doing better than Pakistan in this case, even though they are faring pathetically. But it is a shame that India still fares worse than Pakistan on child mortality, drinking water, hygienic living conditions, maternal death rates etc.

I've been to India a few times in my life, & I know what I am talking about.

Even with India's famed health system (being talked about in the Indian media), they have less number of physicians per 1000 people than Pakistan.

Malaria is endemic both in India & Pakistan being tropical countries

You don't like Indians finding solace, yet you yourself find solace in the very next line. Stop comparing where your or my country is at. Start thinking where we are heading.
