The American mercenary group Dyncorp has had numerous employees who have payed for sex with trafficked girls in Bosnia and Colombia, and some who have even participated in the trafficking. IIRC the Colombia case never got very publicized so there wasn't much of an investigation even though they made a tape of the rape and sold it locally. As for the Bosnia cases, the Dyncorp employees had immunity from prosecution in Bosnia and cannot be tried in the United States for crimes committed abroad either (unlike army members who at least theoretically get tried in military court). Thus, none of these guys spent a single second in jail for their crimes.
