Former PM and Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Chairman Imran Khan on Tuesday said he was chief of the country’s “largest” political party, and that he does not need to lie. He was responding to a statement by the Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR) which on Monday had condemned his “highly irresponsible and baseless allegations” against a serving senior military officer.

In the video shared on Twitter on Tuesday, the party leader said that he was departing for Islamabad as he was scheduled to appear before the courts.

"Firstly, the ISPR has issued a statement that the army has been disrespected by me naming an intelligence officer that has tried to kill me twice.

Pakistan in self destructive mode, imploding within.

India must be thinking RAW x 100 times couldn't have inflicted the damage what the pak army has done to itself and to the country.

Don't think it will go down like this. One potential outcome (overly optimistic one), if pubic response is massive/overwhelming is that the incumbent will be told by his senior commanders that this situation is untenable and some moderation is needed. Don't think the CoAS would be replaced etc. as that would amount to mutiny and then all bets are off. As our Amreeki friends says, this is a FUBAR situation!

What amazes me is the utterly tone-deaf outlook of the establishment. They remain oblivious to the sentiment on the streets. This is the absolutely mind-boggling part given the ones preaching about fifth-generation warfare for a decade are now oblivious to "sentiment" on the street which is the first gauge to assess fifth-generation threats.

Have some lessons from the company Bois on pdf. They will tell u how ill informed u are.

For reality: the company and its assessment have always been failures so are the outcomes. So what make u think this time it will be different.
