You are wrong about that, but anyway, as you yourself have accepted that the Balochistan assembly's dissolution in 1988 was reversed by the court as Chief Minister Jamali did not have the necessary support from the majority, thereby lacking a mandate, no point discussing it any further

Now, let's compare this with the recent dissolution of the Punjab Assembly. In this case, Pervez Ilahi was unlawfully removed as CM by the governor, but the court intervened and reinstated him. Following that, the CM successfully obtained a vote of confidence and subsequently decided to dissolve the assembly.

The two examples are completely opposite to each other, and only someone who relies on information from the "Patwari WhatsApp University" would suggest that one example could be used as a "precedent" in a court of law to argue for the other.
