These kind of outbursts are a result of not getting kashmir even after they have tried everything .

GoI must gave them permission.Kashmiris can raise such slogans in Kashmir valley .But outside the valley all other Indians (both Hindus and Muslim and all others) see Pakistan as an enemy country.And it will remain like that.They cant tolerate actions or slogans like these.Now if they go Pak university for their own security they must remain as Pak citizen.Then they have no future in India.
These students made a great folly.I think
