Not true. Ancient Egypt existed as dynasties from 3000BC to 20 BC for 3000 years. So an ancient Egyptian kingdom state existed as a singular unit for almost 3000 years with few disruption. China also has an continuous empire for over 2000 years. India has various kingdoms in the subcontinent and was not unified except for maybe 150 years back in 200BC. So India has many kingdoms just like Western Europe. So Western Europe has the western civilization. India has the Indian civilization. But Indian civilization was unified by the British into a nation state. Western Europe didn't have this fortunate event so they are still trying to come together.
LOL - What nonsense. Egypt was a civilization, not a nation-state. And China also had numerous kingdoms at various periods - I had read about the 16 kingdoms of China and then again about Ten Kingdoms - perhaps some Chinese member can shed some light on it. Even during the British rule, 1/3rd of present day India was independent semi-autonomous "princely states".
What does China achieve by funny tricks like incursion and instant retreat or Chinese claimed map on passport or sending fishing boats to Senkakus.
Just attention seeking tactics - if the Politburo could, they would gyrate China's hips to Gangnam style if they thought it would get them some attention from the world.
