There is a Mujahid force and a Janbaz force which together with local militias form the army reserves of Pakistan, called "National guard".

The "mujahideen regiment" has only been named by Indian media, as far as I know. I'm not sure if such a thing exists, or was dreamed up by Zee TV.

Border action teams (which is probably what the other poster was referring to) are alleged to have LeT, hizb and harkat ul mujahideen personnel attached with them, and the "non state actors" try to infiltrate into India while the "state actors" provide covering fire.

That's the Indian allegation, I cannot vouch for the veracity.

Modi is probably waiting for Maharashtra and Haryana elections to throw up leaders who can then take up posts. He is also keeping a post free for Raman Singh and Manohar parikar when the time come.

Chief Ministers are unlikely to want to come to the centre and after how tightly they see Modi holding his cabinet, not much of a chance. Parrikar would really have added weight to the cabinet, especially in infrastructure ministries but he clearly said that he was not interested. Hopefully he can be persuaded to change his mind.

Swamy would be a better Finance minister but as @jha said about Arun Shourie, Modi may not prefer such intellectual heavyweights in that post. Shourie is also a big thinker on strategic issues & could be a Defence Minister candidate, Swamy less so, especially because of his fondness to talk to the media.
