Nationalism notwithstanding, this is unrealistic view.With the management of Huawei, I expected it will destroy Intel and AMD and all the minor US players within 10 years, like they slaughtered many US corporations in communication business.
ARM is not a substitute for x86 ecosystem.

Huawei can consider open-source route to subsist for a while but it needs domestic solutions to endure in the long-term.
