There is no country around China which can contain China anymore. Only comparative powers are US and further down the line, Russia.

Containment policy has failed and every state is trying to build relations with China.

India is imploding in on itself and cannot even handle Pakistan, what of China?

You have an entire continent right next to Europe where China buys a lot of its raw materials from. Africa is not only resource rich but also can offer much cheaper labour.

Developing countries in Africa have cheaper labour but also lower literacy, poor infrastructure, corruption, and instability which turn companies away.

Nah. Africa is actually attracting more and more foreign companies. Manufacturing sector doesn't need that much high skilled or educated labour and Africa certainly can offer that.

The inevitable is happening. China is merely flexing a muscle and India is feeling the heat. Western capitals can only watch in despair as their investment crumbles.

India is now brutally boxed in from our Western Hemisphere opportunities of Central Asia. India will for ever be stuck in South Asia with Bangladesh & Sri Lanka with similar identical rubbish growth in poverty and population. It has now become irrelevant Player in world stage who cannot even defend its own borders.
