Isn't Egyptian military banned from entering the Sinai area under the Israeli-Egyptian Peace treaty?

The egyptain army is banned from entering an area in Sinai not the Sinai area and the israeli army is banned from entering an area near the egyptain border aswell. (Just wanted to point that out )
They post bonded working with the treaty after the first attack on security forces in sinai. And there are talks of rewriting the treaty

After battle damage assessments Armed Forces personnel identified two of the bodies as Ansar Beith Almaqdis leaders.

- Muslim Salama Alhamadeen (Abu Jihad) brother of Sleem Alhamadeen a former Salafi Jihadi leader (KIA)
- Mohammed Algoker son of Moussa Algoker (KIA IIRC, prime suspect in downing of EAF helicopter killing 5)

Both men are accused of taking part in the Karm Alqawadis operation that left over fifty people dead late January.

- Two Egyptian Armed Forces personnel killed and 7 injured (conditions unknown as of yet) in IED blast that targeted their APC in the village of Alkharoba.
