ISLAMABAD: Khurshid Mahmud Kasuri – the former foreign minister of Pakistan whose book launch was marred by Shiv Sena’s extremists in Mumbai last week– said on Monday only Prime Minister Narendra Modi can send back the ‘Jinn of Hindutva’ in the bottle he brought it out from.

‘Hindutva’ is a right wing ideology which is cantered around the following beliefs: the entire Indian subcontinent (which includes countries other than India) is the homeland of the Hindus.

The statement comes amid reports of Shiv Sena activists storming the headquarters of Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) in Mumbai shortly before Indian cricket officials were scheduled to meet their Pakistani counterparts to discuss reviving cricket ties between the two nations.

About 40 to 50 Shiv Sena activists barged into the BBCI head-office at Wankhede stadium, shouting slogans against Pakistan and carrying placards saying “Shahryar Khan waapis jao (Shahryar Khan, Go Back)”.

Later the meeting was cancelled before Indian authorities mull over the option of shifting it to New Delhi.

Shiv Sena also threatened Pakistani cricket umpire Aleem Dar today for officiating matches of ongoing India-South Africa series in India.

They didn’t stop there and threw ink at Engineer Rashid – an MLA of Indian-occupied Kashmir (IoK) – over his stance on the beef ban issue in India.

Speaking to the media after the incident, Engineer Rashid asked if this was Modi’s India or Gandhi’s.

Earlier this month, threats from the extreme right-wing group led to organisers cancelling legendary Pakistani singer Ghulam Ali's show in Mumbai despite the ruling Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) assuring that the event would not be stopped.

Shiv Sena co-governs the Indian state of Maharashtra with Prime Minister Modi's BJP.

i have a feeling he will Inshallah. The Indian Pubic selected him. he is a leader alright... there must be some good in him. Apparently he is only for promoting religious intolerance and simultaneously he wishes India to prosper but his actions contradicts his ambitions of promoting India as a successful nation, which it wont become, given its current course and behavior towards its minorities and Pakistan and its leadership.

Ahay Alllah Modi ka Dil Khool day aur usaaay akaal e saleem atta farma. Aur meray Khudda Hundustan ka Muslmano per aur Kashimir Kay muslamno per Reham Farma. Ameen!

Its better now modi has shown true face of India to the world
Ham naay True face Ka achar dalana hay? we have no benefit from his stance towards Indian muslims and Kashmiri muslims and other minorities.

.
How many bomb blasts or terrorist attacks did these right wing Hindus have in India since Modi came to power.

Modi resorted to century old extreme Industva ideology to rally India, is a statement of his inability to find a progressive path to prosperity for 21st Century India. It bounds to fail.

Now the world will stop trading with India, foreign governments will stop relations with India, foreign private companies will stop forming JV's with Indian ones, the tourists will stop coming or Indians will not be given visas to go abroad

but wait...doesn't that sound like an Islamic Republic to the west of India
