ive worked at cmh muree and military hospital pindi,comparing them with bradford NHS hospital and royal prince alfred hospital sydney they were far behind as far as manpower was concerned,hospitals such as bradford NHS had better working staff royal pricen alfred had better staff maybe more equipped ,at muree i remember the same person doing paeds,ortho,renal basically any surgery that came by,infact if he hadnt done any surgery he would read out from a book and do it..!!!
ive seen army doctors with skydiving,seadiving,koh pema courses..infact i used to train with frogman naval seals they taught me swimming so there life is far more exciting and full as compare to regulars in civil hospitals.i had this talk with a captain who stayed in siachen and then cherat and he had positive memories of the whole deal.ive seen male nursing staff doing duty of guards and military police even to the extent that a house officer at kharian had to sit with his kit and gun as a guard at a hospital entrance.army doctors get posted to naval ship missions to other countries,hajj un missions,paf base posting covers at small cmh hospitals ranging from chor,badin sibi,skardu.but its more or less field ambulance that have tough duties,covers for airdefence,i had a duty once of tasting food for gen kiani,so i mean if its poisoned then the doctor goes first,so he has to taste a bit of all the kharahi plus kheer...yes bro u can fight infact its better because you wont be targeted but u can target....u can train with basically any one to the extent that medical officers are posted into isi jails where prisoners where u work with prisoners..i mean clear steps going to the us to work ,,,not worth it bro...australia and england you'll be stuck in a substandard life working and living in demeaning condtions..so its ur option .pak army is a state of mind.bro its worth it ive worked for long hours little food and substandard life standards in australia and england for what a few extra dollars and no peace of mind......
