Assalam O Alaikoom, Hello, Hi,
I had a problem with online booking on PIA website : My payment sas processed but no ticket was issued.
I entered all details of taveler, NIC card number etc, dates of trip, etc and at one time i received a message that my session bout to expire : "cancel session" or "continue".
Of course a clicked on "continue". Until that no problem.
Then a reach the step where a I have to enter details of my bank card. I entered all details and then clicked on "ok" but, and here occurs the problem.
I have 2-steps verification for payment with my bank : I received a code by text message on my mobile which I entered on PIA website for confirming the payment.
And just at this moment i received a message "sorry session expired".
I don't know if the payment was processed or not. I did not received any transaction ID number nor ticket been issued.
Do you know if I have chance that (if the payment has been processed) PIA refund me ? And how to request it ?
We have a PIA office in Paris, i will try to contact them tomorrow. But knowing how they are professional... I have bad feeling. Very bad feeling.
