What's new

Ongoing armed struggle in Myanmar.

Lol, for what? These guys bring extremist ideology in first place, looking at ARSA supporter coming from various Rohingyas refugees communities, and they had links with terror outfit from Mid East to bring in weapons and trainning.
So your country didn't have any plan to take in Rohingyas?

I don't think anybody should help Myanmar to to ethnically cleanse a entire community. BD can temporarily house them only to be returned to mm and get back their property. If they leave for Indonesia they will never be able to go back to their own home.

Ahh, the classic hate for Muslims... :disagree:

You could write good fictional novels! Especially anti Islamic type. This thing will sell like a hot chocolate cake. You will be a millionaire! ;)

Seriously think about it.:enjoy:

Deportation move of Rohingya refugees challenged in India
Star Online Report

Two Rohingya refugees have moved India’s Supreme Court challenging the decision to deport them back to Myanmar, where they faced persecution, on various grounds including that such a move is in violation of international conventions.

The Indian apex court today agreed to hear the petition, filed by the Rohingya migrants, on Monday a plea challenging the decision to deport illegal Rohingya Muslim immigrants back to Myanmar, on various grounds including that it violated international human rights conventions, reports our correspondent from New Delhi.

A Supreme Court bench, comprising Chief Justice Dipak Misra and Justices A M Khanwilkar and D Y Chandrachud, considered the submissions of lawyer Prashant Bhushan that the plea required urgent hearing in view of the decision of the government to send Rohingyas back to their native land.

India’s National Human Rights Commission (NHRC) had issued notice to the Indian government on August 18 over its plan to deport the Rohingya immigrants who are residing in different states and cities of the country.

The Rohingyas, who fled to India after violence in the Western Rakhine province of Myanmar, have settled in Jammu, Hyderabad, Haryana, Uttar Pradesh, Delhi and its adjoining areas and Rajasthan.

India’s Minister of State for Home Kiren Rijiju had said in Parliament on August 9 that according to available data, more than 14,000 Rohingyas, registered with the UNHCR, were staying in India.

He had said that around 40,000 Rohingyas were staying in India illegally.

In a communication to all states, the Indian Home Ministry had said the rise of terrorism in the last few decades has become a serious concern for most countries as illegal migrants are prone to getting recruited by terrorist outfits.

The federal Indian government has directed the governments in states to set up a task force at district level to identify and deport illegally-staying foreign nationals.

It's BD's decision, the bilateral relationship won't be influenced.

blcok the UN condemnation resolution is just to keep China's interests and influence in Myanmar. Rohingyas problem is not our business at all. Whatever BD doing under the table is your business. We don't care.

Its just a political gesture, nothing in essence.

If there is UN subscribed condemnation on BD, we will block it as well.

This Chinese view and actions do not cut it. China may think so but down the road China will see implications from it. If China ignores Bangladesh interest, strategic or otherwise, Bangladesh should be careful forging "level" of relation with China. And other countries will see Chinese intention as well. indians should not have objection to non Chinese venture.

That being said, it would be good Bangladesh award deep sea port to Japan and start inviting Japanese navy. If I recall Japan also has port and infra investment commitment in Myanmar and perhaps Bangladesh can work with Japan and US on strategic level.

So your country didn't have any plan to take in Rohingyas?

Not once. Its their problem, i mean Myanmar problems. They should solve it themselves. If they push more boats toward us, we simply redirected those boats toward them again. We already had problem in our hands no need to adding more.

Meh me Muslim too, but i am always put Indonesia National Interest first before anything else. Then tell me what kind of value those people can bring to Indonesia if we are supposed to accept them? Are they literate enough? Are they bring enough talents to built our Country? Are they accustomed to our Values whose put National Interest first than anything else including religion? If not please GTFO

She hates Muslims.
I have noticed how she sides with Hindus and Buddhists against Muslims.

Its not matter of religion, or race i am put notice. National interest playing first in our mindset than anything, thats why how else Indonesia can trying to invade Malaysia in first place

There is a thing called 'humanitarian obligation' where humanitarian concern triumph the petty national interest.Refugee don't bring prosperity to any country in the world, they are always burden to the host country, still many countries hosting million's of them. But I guess you are not familiar with these terms at all.

Sorry, you're not a Muslim! Your comment proved that... :disagree:

And refugees were always been burden for the host country. Still they're accepted for humanitarian purpose.

Anyway, enjoy your life. And for gods sake (if you have any) don't claim yourself as a Muslim. We already got enough false Muslims like Alqaeda, IS etc... :enjoy:

China blocking a vote to condemn MM for this has got nicely up these BD rear ends now.....so they have to cry about it thinking the few chinese people here "supporting" control anything policy wise at their govt lol.

Just sit back and watch. BD has no choice but to take back all these Rohingya they sent out in first place...few ummah countries will provide them funding to help host these people (BD is a LDC dependent on aid anyway...its nothing new)...when they aren't busy arming MM with JF-17 and the like in first place (oh wait thats just "business" decision lol).

Approaching 100,000 new rohingya in BD now....in just few days time.

I don't think Myanmar will stop till they get 1 million+ back to BD. These BD fellows here get to watch it happen and BD word and complaint action.....vetoed by their "ally" China at UN (and further arming of MM by China too lol).

If Bangladesh attacked that port, what would be the crime?

Go ahead do it and see for yourself :D

But BD can't even do squat when MM violates BD airspace other than cry and complain.....so don't hold your breath.

Weakest most effeminate country ever.

BD should do nothing. There are already many Rohyngas in BD. If they care they can illegally send arms illegally to those living in Myanmar. Other than that we keep our border closed and increase security at the border. This doesn't and shouldn't concern us. Look at the problems Russia faced after doing what they did in Crimea. And we don't have 1% influence of Russia. Thee problems we will face would ruin our developments for the next three decades.

That's a sisy way of looking at things. BD should do all it can to arm and help Rohingyas, to fight back against the barbaric animals in Burma. This is an opportunity to bring arakan as trophy home in the end. Or are we just too satisfied with whatever small amount of land we have given the gigantic population to house? And the water level is increasing got to look long term... Rakhine/Arakane is for grabs.

Let Myanmar even dare invade BD airspace again and they will be shot down promptly.
There are Mig-29s, F7s and FM-90 SAMs ready to deal with any threats.
