how is that not beneficial to them? Say something they did for the people of Pakistan and not for their own benefit? 
not fully managed by them....join project whereby I am almost sure they slept most of the way otherwise am sure they could have learnt something and applied half (dont think their capacity allows them to grasp all of it so half is for the sake of argument) of it to other projects (which didnt happen)

Its like you go to the best uni in the world and you pass....prob as the last kid but still you get to use the name of the uni...eg. I went to Cambridge , Oxford, Harvard and so on...
