One Month, 700 Trucks: Afghanistan’s U.S. Military Vehicles Fall Into Taliban Hands

The black hawk belongs to the US Army Alpha company, read the text below the picture. The taliban don't have their hands on it.

In fact, the taliban tend to destroy any helicopters they see, because they know they can't operate them, and don't want them going back into government hands.

[Edit] frankly, the taliban need to be watched like hawks. Pakistan needs to make sure that these systems don't make their way to TTP and BLA hands.
They've allegedly sold weapons to the BLA via the black market.

Fencing and surveillance needs to be of the utmost priority.

. .
And who'd buy them? Any nation that attempts it would instantly be caught red handed, and face international scrutiny.

No nation would risk it.
I meant BLA and TTP can buy them..

Helicopters? Not only do the TTP and BLA have no trained pilots, even if they did, they'd be shot out of the sky as soon as they take off, by the Pakistani air force. There is absolutely zero chance Pakistan would tolerate any militant group to operate large air assets against Pakistan.

If you're talking about trucks, the TTP and BLA wouldn't able to operate them within Pakistan, as they'd be bombed instantly. It's not like in Afghanistan where the TTP and BLA have huge spaces to drive around and do whatever they want. A miliyary truck convoy would instantly be detected if it crossed into Pakistan, and would be destroyed. Besides, these vehicles are expensive, and the ttp and BLA wouldn't be able to afford them. The AT would also likely not want to sell them, as they take over more territory and transition to conventional warfare. These trucks, MRAPs, and IFVs would be invaluable assets to the taliban, as they transition to conventional fighting style, moving away from their guerilla tactics they've been employing against ISAF forces in Afghanistan for the past 20 years. There is only a very small chance that the AT would sell them to anyone else.

These are military vehicles, there is no way to hide their presence.

Sorry brother.. my short replies didn't make that clear enough...

I meant, small arms. As BLA/BRA and ISIS normally follow guerrilla war. Despite enmity, AT can sell them for cash or other goods.

However, from APCs/IFVS, I meant if Pak/China/Russia can get hold of some comm systems for familiarisation/copying. The engine can be another precious thing to copy.

For MRAPs it can be the armour to investigate for Pak/China.

if any damaged helicopter is there, its engine is still valuable for Rusiia/China. So a lot of stuff for a reasonable price in the black market. Then its rotor or main shaft material.
