Hey it's great. You've altered the verse keeping the meaning same nicely. I really have poor knowledge in both English and English literature. I just took help from the synonyms to match the verse. I wanted to use "mine" instead of 'my' in the second line but did not use for confusion. I meant: if I will not fear at the moment of my death which is prayer of mine until my last breath.

BTW, do you like the poems of twilight new moon. I love those.
