If the money you spent is your hard earned money gotten through legal and honest means then no one has a right to dictate you how you should spend it. 1 dish or 100 dish it's your choice.
If you will force some filthy rich person for a 1 dish then the money he will save isn't going to end up in some charity. In fact there will be a less economic activity overall in the industry and that will hurt the economy .
