Do our tanks have any kind of safety at the roof? They may be protected by sides and from front/behind but what if some advanced precision guided munition dropped from air on them?

These are sensor fused bomblets meant to kill armor. They strike tank top with precision and kill it ........... It can be carried not only through bomb but also through Cruise missiles.
Though tanks can have ERA armor on top but in still tank roof is vulnerable spot as you cannot overload turret with a lot of armor at every place.
In urban terrain, an RPG shot from high building on Tank often prove deadly.
Several ATGM like TOW2B can strike Tank from top. I don't know exact term of this ''attack from top mode'' of anti tank missiles. Here is video

Probably don't have any defense if you can't destroy the bomb carrying fighter or destroy the bomb before it realise the loads.

But for sure CBU 105 is powerful weapon

Why would Indian tanks be sitting duds when IAF is also the one deploying the CBU-105 SFW, it's the PA's ground force that's in danger

Well ERA will soon be less used since active protection sys are being developed by few countries as Israel with the Iron fist/trophy and Turkey with Akkor.
