2) Azimuths identified by UN inspectors show that they came from Assad controlled areas.
3) UN commission also concluded that the perpetrators had access to the chemical weapons stockpile of the Syrian military and had equipment to manipulate large quantities of chemical agents.

First months after the attack Assadists hided these rockets, but later when they saw that no one cares they started proudly showing them:

Although i don't like assad because he's just another greedy dictator who's ready to sacrifice his own people for power and position but what i don't understand is why israelis hate him so much? why so much love for syrians?
If you ask "does Israel kills"? then yes we do. If you ask if we go on full Arab war-machine on our enemies civilians like you've probably heard in Al-Jazeera then I'm sorry to let you down my man - we never had and never will see the deaths of innocents as a success alas we see it as painful failure though we carry on because we already know that the death of our enemies civilians are one of their own missions that we unfortunately have to do for them.
So Syria used it to destroy all its chem stockpiles immediately afterwards? Also chemical prints of used gas was not inline with chems posessed by Syrian army. But whatever this cheap warcrime falseflag was used several times till now and will surely be used again even after all chem arsenal of Saa is destroyed till now. Especially when gains are made a sarin or chlorine attack works best to tie hands and gain tactical advantage again by forcing agreements.
These days there are large gains made in the field by Saa and the situation seems especially threatening for another such attack which some precautions need to be taken to disprove such scenario immediately.now also Syrian previous chem arsenal fingerprint is known as well. hts-nusra terror groups are gaining ground in idlib province and they would surely go for such scenario when they are bombed to drive usa in as air support. Also any country while fighting terrorism can face similar chem attacks as it is easy to obtain chlorine and other chem weapons ingredients in small amounts to accuse an opposing govt armed force for using wmds.
Some precautions that come to my mind.
-real time video recording of planes by a sort of neutral third party like in this case Russia while taking off landing with all arms loaded. Better recording is from the start of loading all weapons with all weapon bays open until take off and recording after return unloading all unused weapons showing all internal and external bays.
-gps glonass real time record of the plane during all its air to ground operations.
Since plane cant load weapons in air and it has limited or most of the time and preferably no internal hidden bays to carry bombs any terrorist chem attack would immediately be debunked.
Another terrorist option is to accuse artillery say for example of conducting chlorine attacks. Using artillery should be limited to protecting defensive lines and short range offense to be taken immediately by land forces or change targets rapidly. Continious targeting of a similar spot especially close to urban areas would draw such chem attack.

In the Second "victory" they destroyed a bunch of tanks and had pissed us off with artillery on our cities for 2 months until the UN demanded a cease-fire fearing of Israel annihilating Lebanon on their going after the leaders and weaponry of Hezbollah.
