As much of a failure as China in taking responsibility for spreading a deadly virus around the world?

If a disease appears somewhere first it doesn't mean it cannot appear in some other part of the world later. CoronaVirus is not a new thing it has been present before but mutated into a deadly form and each geographic entity has its own kind of mutation. Covid has no nationality and it certainly doesn't ask for nationality before attacking any human. In this age of knowledge and enlightenment, why do people still choose to remain blinded by plain facts. Is it hatred, plain jealousy, or something else?

What do India need to do?Like China, where 21 million mobiles went inactive after corona and only 4000 declared dead. Do we need to do this for better governance?

If I were a mod I would ban you not just your whole neighborhood and your isp as well while I'm at it. Reasoning with a monkey would bring better results than trying to get logic through thick skin Indians.
