ipl is more like a market of money where old players have no value.it's more like a business.psl is also a business but with no pressure.through psl,pakistan have selected lots of new payers.i think india only selected bumrah,hardik pandya and chehal from ipl.these players are successful but others failed.through psl,pakistan bring back young talent in the squad and it's good.money doesn't matter.i know india can buy 100 psl but you must find the talent and i think pakistan is finding good new players.psl has changed our mindset.wahhab riaz wasn't selected for the champions trophy final because replacement was ready.wahhab riaz received a six from kohli in the group match and kohli was playing wahab like a kid bowling to a world class batsman.we changed ourselves through psl and this thing will continue until world cup.on the other hand,india bring back old talent,world class batsman suresh raina in t20 squad but the question is why young talent failed to fill the position where raina plays.you have to ask this question from ipl authorities.money doesn't matter.i still feel that india should give chance to new bowlers and batsmen through ipl and bring new talent in the team. finding more fast bowlers is a must for both india and pakistan if they want to win world cup.pakistan needs a bowler like amir and with two good fast bowlers,we can win any tournament.batting is not a new problem for pakistan but we can sort it out.

I can apply the same analogy to English football league and Indian Super League (small football league in India). The smaller leagues are where young players are selected and allowed to raise up.

India does not need IPL to find talents. We have the Ranji's and hundreds of state-level tournaments held year round. Like Kohli who played in under 15 team of Delhi raising up to Under 19 team in India and finally to the Indian team. This will be the story of almost all cricketers, new and old. IPL is more like the premier leagues, it's a billion-dollar business. So, players have to be world class and not testing field for young players.
