Hamas is not included in this OIC meeting, only Fatah that is invited, this has already stated strongly against Hamas, more than just words, while Indian keeps its relation with children and women mass murderer, Israel government.

The issue is one side holds all the cards and can maintain the status quo indefinitely without the world doing anything. That is their plan maintain status quo so the world forgets but the uptick in violence reminds the world and infuriates the Israels then they go on a genocide spree like an abuse violent partner.
