OIC Foreign Ministers Meeting in Pakistan

Many of the OIC members have less than 15% Muslim population. Guyana has 7%, Suriname 14% , Uganda 13% etc and they aren't "Islamic" countries either. The only reason India isn't on there is due to objection from Pakistan as it is a founding member. Even Russia that flattened Chechnya is an observer state.

Okay so maybe that’s the gangetics, what about the yamunites? I hear they, along with krishnites, kaverites and brahmaputrites have consensus on india joining the OIC. Quite likely the Indusites, narmadites and godavarites might be interested too.

and yet all of them are happy to live under the name "India" a name based on a river that flows through Kashmir, Punjab and Sindh.
the word gangetic is much much better. the ganges is considered holy to about 80% of the population, despite the fact it is filled to the brim with industrial waste and human remains.

The fact that the country with the second largest Muslim population isn't allowed to be a member of it shows how farcical this organisation is. And don't tell me it's because of Hindutva fascist or whatever; it's from 1969 itself.

India has the third largest population of Muslims. You need to be corrected on this matter.

India should not be in OIC until Kashmir dispute is resolved.

Funny part is that even Russia and Thailand have observer nation status in OIC.

Maybe Pakistan should suggest that China should have observer status in OIC.

Dude if India becomes member Pakistan lose one more forum. OIC is a gossip forum like chai ki gumti where people talk big. Does not mean much action will be taken on that. Imran Khan by his unwise moves damaged Pakistan relationship with Saudi. Countries act if they get anything from you in return. Pakistan still thinks thay countries will only help them because they made good speech. You can look here how people get excited about speech more than actual work.

Must be a silly season in India then that everyone from GOI to Major Gobar Aya are frothing from every hole at OIC inviting Huryat Chairman and raising the IOK in the agenda.
