lolzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz despite being from the same profession I was reading the entire news item with amazement and irritation and asking the same question why the fk they were protesting. It was dawned upon me only in the last line of the news that they protesting against govt failure to stop Kabul bombing.

Now the real reason for my comment here is that do not take ToloNews on face value. This shows their pathetic level of professionalism.

Seriously the news item is zero percent according to journalism's simple rule of 5Ws one H. You cannot trust every shit coming from Tolonews



Could be BUT "security personnel where also firing a mounted machine gun from a Humvee." hmmmmm this is strange. this claim in the news item shows much unprofessional-ism on the part of Afghan forces.

What they were thinking it was a Rocky 5 shooting in Kabul or what?

The country is a complete and utter mess. The fact is that its ruled by war lords who speak democracy but crush any form of dissent. Over here the same happened. Afghanistan was reeling from the ISIS attack in Kabul and several others as 2017 has been horrific for the ANA so far. The protests most likely created a panic and well the thugs in the ANA already possess itchy trigger fingers. We should be glad that we are not playing in Kabul. Forget the regular bombing, the unprofessional thugs would have shot at our players.

This incident will go down the hatch like so many others. The US doesn't give a damn and the afghan govt is simply too corrupt.


What is truly amazing is that Afghans on social media are saying that this was done by Pakistan. The protest was done by ISI. This very thinking will be the end of the current form of Afghanistan into warlord states and areas of influence. Quite frankly it's very amusing how much they hate us that they are blinded completely to the ills of their society.

Pakistan gave sanctury to Afghan mothers and sisters. Pakistan provided them with security against the Russian aggressors who must have demanded certain favours from Afghan women. Today this very same generation who are Afghan hate Pakistan. Had it not been for your neighbour and above all the mercy from the Almighty this generation of Afghans would have been of Slavic ancestry speaking Russian.
