iyho the ISIS outbreak was a good thing?

Talk about the green belt policy of the US... which has allowed the strong emergence of political Islam across the Middle East North Africa. They thought they could manage it as a buffer to the China-Russia-Iran-Syria-Lebanon axis.

They failed miserably.

US will indeed control future, including all the work to clean up the mess in the Middle East.

That's a good thing.
