As far as backstabbing is considered China and Pakistan will certainly remain united and history testifies to that. Iran and Syria will also remain united under the condition both Governments remain the same, if any radical shift in Governance occurs relations could go sour. Turkiye and Azerbaijan's relations should remain solid for the coming decades as Azerbaijan does rely on Turkiye for support in regional an international issues. As for EU too big to fail, it's in EU politician's interest to keep it alive.

Though I think if a change in Government occurs in Turkiye and NATO pushes Turkiye even more, we could possibly see a Turkiye hostile to Pakistan, as unbelievable as that sounds. Turkiye after all has its allegiances with NATO, it sees it's future with Europe/West though they have expanded ties with Easten countries and tried to balance relations. It is certainly possible, a new political party leading Government in Turkiye and NATO could push Turkiye into strained relations with Pakistan.

NATO I think will get more involved in the politics of its member states in the future.

NATO's influence over it's member states is certainly established. As for Turkiye sure people may be becoming more in tune with their roots and religion, however this is why I stated in the case of a new type of Government were to hold power in Turkiye, particularly a NATO backed Turkish Government as for ergenkon let's not discuss that here.

Though Turkish people politically find the West less attractive even their current AKP Government is still pursuing EU membership, so Turkish Government in spite of popularity isn't always going adhere to its people wishes, interestingly enough even Pres. Obama gave his support for Turkish entry into the EU.
