Israel does not need to attack all of the above simultaneously. Those nuclear facilities are not independent, they support each other in order for Iran to have a successful nuclear weapons program. Israel can have an initial strike against items 1, 2 and 5, for example, that would seriously degrade Iranian air defenses. Then strike the nuclear facilities later.
Thats what i think as well, IAF's SEAD capability is something i rate high.
They have the strike Eagles and heavily modified F-16s with lots of value additions in the electronic suite...their opponents are not a very veteran air force and that makes the technological gap even more challenging to overcome...
IMO, it is tough but not impossible for IAF...
Regarding Iran's blockade of the Gulf, i think it can instead backfire on Iran as well...all countries are selfish in their own interest...they will see Iran blockading the sea routes and not Israel...and that means they would take care of Iran...
