You need to improve your reading comprehension; first of all he was speaking on your defence ministers behalf and he made it clear that Army did not want to disclose casualties:
So the unwanted Indian street child is back with another fake ID.
Nowhere in the OP is mentioned what you have highlighted.
@The Eagle.

The senate has stated that no information can be hidden from them, still the defense minister, army and everybody else is quite. Just release the number big deal, any which ways most probably they will release a fudged number. I don't know much about the said minister whether he is a loony or not or was this thing done on purpose to score a brownie point over the army by NS. ISPR should just come out with a statement that we don't hide casualties and release the numbers.

If needs be the numbers will be released. Regardless high or low by any standards you may choose.
Pakistan doesn't see it as a numbers game and we do not have any problem in releasing and owning them.
We do not need any numbers to satisfy our egos unlike others. There is a time and a place for everything and rest assure in due time this will be addressed.
If you need to do some chest thumping you can invent any number you like and enjoy it and use it for local consumption.
It is getting quite desperate these info wars from both the eastern and the western border.

So if army has already disclosed the causalities what was the meaning of this statement?
The following statement explains what or how much the minster knows or is connected with this affair.
The minister said a letter had been written to the General Headquarters, seeking more details which were expected to be available in a couple of days.

I understand you will wait till ISPR gives a statement, and it will never come and there will never be any causalities.....Any which way what difference does it makes to you or me who sit inside our air conditioned rooms with high speed internet and believes ourselves to be virtual air chief's and generals .....

Ok. I did not want to do this but let me help you reach the conclusion and save you your precious time so you can spam the other threads.

Scenario 1: Number of casualties very very very high -> Response from Pakistani public ' We should invest more and take stronger action and call in more troops '

Scenario 2: Number of casualties low -> Response from Pakistani public ' Good teach them a lesson, we have the upper hand and continue this '

Scenario 3: Number of casualties 'routine' -> Response from the Pakistani public ' We should be doing more to improve peace and stability '

Now choose whatever you like and be happy with it. If you do not wish to be happy choose another topic where we can satisfy you so you can be happy.

Run with Rabbits and hunt with Hounds...seems to be at play.
You seem very active in this thread, a far cry from your single liners when i post something in Indian section. The ISPR has already given the figures however I'm not the one who claims to have written to GHQ for information.
It's obvious the minister doesn't have a clue on the subject else why would he claim to be inquiring from the Army.

I understand the point you want to convey, keep it low as it is possible and not to give much importance to things happening at LOC so that people back lashes will be limited, its good strategy considering things dont get escalated and there will be peace.

Once again I will only say numbers do not matter to us. Pakistanis are not some dying breed of Dinosaurs and we celebrate those who lay down their lives for the motherland.
You have to understand the mass majority of Pakistani public wants to give peace a chance, the more chest thumping you do, the more damage it does to peace because everything has a limit.

and NO the backlash will not be on the Pakistani Army, on the contrary more and more will flock to join the ranks. The only backlash would be the nation will galvanize itself and march east for one last time.

We understand it is your political need this chest thumping and we hardly pay attention to it apart from Kashmir. Be reasonable and do not push the bait too forward for your own good.

The casualties must be considerably high, therefore, the army wants to hide the numbers. This is the only plausible explanation.

Yes i am active in this thread, the reason is posters like you..... Who always take high moral ground and make fun about the causalities on the other side and believe that there is nothing happening on own side..... You should understand there has been high causalities on both sides, and this is not something to be proud of you... I have seen your videos out of which one was picked up by ISPR......

Lets see. Indian disclosed there 4500 plus casualties on LOC just this year after hiding them for years. I doubt it would be that high but still I think they should release the numbers.

Talking about hiding. Indian army even tried to pass off several deaths of its soldier in year 2017 as "accidental fire".

Examples are Manmohan Bodhani and Ravinder Singh. Both were called as accidental fire even though both were said to be killed by sniper fire in several reports.

Only God knows how many Manmohans and Ravinders were presented as accidental and suicidal fire even though they died at the hands of enemy.

Indian Govt understand that after surgical strike you will always in denial mode,so now we are not claiming or chest thumping anything,we actually dont know what actually happening there at LOC just that its very active, this will keep your expenses up and sending terrorist will be expensive business for you,Thats the strategy and point Indian government want to make by keeping LOC alive.

Failed strategy to be honest. We have seen far more alive LOC in 90s and it resulted in nothing.
