It's strange despite the propaganda due to social media and pakistani pop culture has brought lots of positive attention to Pakistan.Tourism is very low considering the natural beauty and historic sites but it is increasing despite that there is no tourist infrastructure and government pays no attention to tourism or soft power Pak actually still gets way more tourists than Bangladesh and many other countries who have better reputation.

Your own Ministry informed Pakistan senate that 10,476 foreign tourists visited Pakistan in 2017.

The 2 million figure includes Pakistani origin people from UK, USA, Canada etcwho visit Pakistan regularly.

you are absolutely right, Pakistan soft power in increasing very fast despite the bullshit some countries are trying to spread against Pakistan and they are spending billions of dollars just for the sake of it. The credit for this soft image of Pakistan goes to its entertainment industry (Dramas, Films & Music). as more and more non Pakistanis are now following it.
