"Nuclear program occupies central place in defense against india"

Completed it for you.

Otherwise, Pakistan's nuclear program has a long way to go to achieve full deterrent against Western powers.

Pakistan first needs to complete a triad...and then needs to have an ICBM..and eventually, ICBMs armed nuclear submarines...

Then our nuclear program could be "complete" ...Oh well, for all this to be completed in next 30 years, economy needs to grow at 10% or something...

I wish to see more co-operation between Turkish and Pakistani military build-up. As Islamosphere's influence increases globally---and it spreads to every corner of Earth---and it already has so much so that even Europe is set to have 60 million+ Muslims in its heartlands by 2030 Mashallah--Muslims need to have an robust military capability.

Jewish people had no teeth..look what west did to them. Islamic Peoples are a global people with an history of remaining superpowers of the world for ~1000 years! We must not let rightist european neo-nazis to commit a holocaust of Muslims of Europe (God forbid)...A massive Turkish military presence on European mainland..and an nuclear Islamic State will make sure everything is kept in check. Inshallah.

PS, poor jews were like 0.06% of Germany..less 1.3% of whole Europe...There are 45 million Muslims already and Inshallah, in coming decades, 10% of Europe would be Muslims. Doing a genocide against 10% of your own population is nothing but complete economic, cultural, and social suicide...so hopefully west will not repeat its crimes..but we must remain prepared.

By 2030, Turkish Military strength is all set to exceed Italian or even German military strength...Inshallah!

With own indigenous high-tech tanks, indigenous air-launched cruise missiles, rifles, mortars, artillery, joint-production home-made attack helicopters, and ToT F-16s...future Turkish military is looking like a giant!

We have so many Enemies particularly India, America, Israel alliance. Now Iran create some issues cuz of Saudiz relation with Pakistan. If Pakistan conduct test of ICBM or even show any program regarding Nuclear Submarine. US and their phetoozz known our neighbor start crying and as usual enemy clan create problem in UN and ask questions regarding why you're working on ICBM if you consider India (only as enemy) who is already within your current missiles range. Who is the other one from whom you're working on ICBM.... That is the major problem for Pakistan in term of ICBM and N-Sub.

Our nuclear assets are obviously occupying a central role, they have ensured our survival since day one, I think we should develop a SLBM system capable of delivering a nuclear payload so that we can develop a second strike capability as well.....

We never wanted to threaten Pakistan, but this threat perception has caused Pakistan more damage economically than anything else.

I think!!!!

Pakistan needs to open up some new facilities Like in central Balochistan, central NWFB and in Dadu district of Sindh. Where they can also do extensive research on Fusion reactors, Thorium reactors and traditional ones.

hardly, the economic situation is related to the political role in the country.

How about babur launched from the torpedo tubes of Agosta90b's? :azn:

Pakistani Leaders to Retain Nuclear-Arms Authority in Crises

March 01, 2014 - Updated 820 PKT

WASHINGTON: Pakistan's top leaders would not delegate advance authority over nuclear arms to unit commanders, even in the event of crisis with India, a senior official says.
The revelation might slightly ease global concerns about Pakistani nuclear arms being detonated precipitously in any future combat, though plenty of potential hazards appear to remain.
"The smallest to the largest -- all weapons are under the central control of the National Command Authority, which is headed by the prime minister," according to the high-level Pakistani government official, speaking to reporters Tuesday on condition of not being named.
The longtime worry has been that Pakistani military units might be tempted to use battlefield nuclear weapons as a last resort. One possible scenario for such a move might be if Pakistani troops are in danger of being overwhelmed in any future war against India, which has a larger and more capable conventional army.
The two nations currently field roughly the same size nuclear arsenal, numbering around 100 weapons apiece. Pakistani Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif, who was elected to office last spring, has moved to strengthen ties with his Indian counterpart, Manmohan Singh, following a string of border killings.
The senior Pakistani official acknowledged, though, that ultimately any battlefield use of tactical nuclear arms is left in military hands, as would be the case in virtually any nation's combat operations.
"You must appreciate, in almost all the countries of the world, final operational control lies with the military, even here," the Islamabad official said at the Washington gathering. "But the basic control remains with the civilian leadership, in consultation with the military commanders. And the usage will be controlled at the highest level, even if the smallest device in the smallest numbers has to be used."
The official noted that Pakistan's nuclear arsenal "is primarily a deterrence mechanism," and "the usage is a secondary thing." The South Asian nation "is not very anxious" to use nuclear arms, but Pakistan sees the arsenal as necessary in "an imbalanced military relationship with our neighbors."
The senior figure was asked if Pakistani military unit commanders -- once given emergency authority to detonate nuclear weapons -- might set off the deadly devices rather than allow potentially dominant Indian troops to overrun and steal them.
"I think principally I should take offense to this remark," the official said. "We are not so naïve to handle nuclear weapons, to hand them over to a conventional army coming to our borders. … There are no chances of that."
Rather, "if we can develop it, I'm sure we can look after it, also," the senior official said, referring to the high caliber of both the nuclear technologies and the Pakistani troops whose dedicated mission is to secure the atomic arms.
Pakistani military commanders, the official said, "would rather commit suicide than let this fall in somebody else's hands who's not supposed to have it."
Asked subsequently about U.S. concerns regarding Pakistani security over its stockpile -- particularly after militants have attacked armed forces installations in recent years -- the senior official said nuclear safety is of paramount priority to the nation's leaders.
"If something like that happens, who is the biggest affectee of that? It's us. If there is radiation, it's us. It's our people," the official said. "So why would we risk our own people? We are very, very careful about it."

A full-membership of Turkey in EU will help a great deal in this regard.

By 2030, Turkish land forces will definitely be powerful enough to just roll-over countries like Greece, Romania etc. to reach core of Europe/outskirts of W.Europe. Turkish Naval power will be the most dominant in E.Mediterranean, and Turkish Air power again would be in a position to annihilate any opposing force coming in its way to central Europe.

But Turks need to develop a power-projection capability, so that if the need arises, Turkey can effectively project power in Europe like U.S did against savage Serbs.

These fully loaded babies

Along with these monsters

Under the command, support, and synchronization from these sophisticated platforms

will decimate almost all E.European air forces within days of the conflict...

I'm sure Serbs now know their place well!

A nuclear program will never realize its full potential without strong economy. Pakistan need strong economy, to make our country fully independent.

Without that, and constantly seeking loans, gifts or aid to support economy, Pakistan deterrence will lose its value and will considerably lose respect too.

.
But Pakistan needs to work on Fusion and Thorium based reactors to full fill energy needs other than through DAMs, Wind Mill and Solar Farms...

Although I will never ever say to build N-power plants based on Radio active elements other than thorium which IAEA would allow you too...
