Recently, the Ministry of Defence (MoD) announced jobs of various grades through the National Testing Service (NTS). However, the date announced by the NTS (March 2, 2014) for the test for these jobs will prove to be inconvenient to the 24,000 candidates gearing up to take the CSS examinations commencing from February 15 and which will last till February 28.
This means that there will only be a one-day gap for the CSS candidates who wish to sit the test for the MoD jobs. This test will be on an entirely different pattern from the CSS exams. Therefore, the NTS authorities are earnestly requested that the date of test be changed from March 2 to, at least, March 15. It will not only provide ample time to the CSS candidates to prepare but will also provide a fair and equal opportunity to all.
