National Security Council (NSC) has proposed to forward evidences of India’s intervention in Balochistan and Waziristan to the United Nations, Dunya News reported on Tuesday. The committee also expressed concern over the activities of Black Water. Interior Minister Rehman Malik, in a recent interview to a television channel, had alleged that India was encouraging unrest within his country by funding Taliban fighters based along the border with Afghanistan. Information Minister Qamar Zaman Kaira on Monday said that Islamabad has found 'concrete evidence' regarding New Delhi's role in fanning insurgency in South Waziristan, where the military is engaged in an intense battle with the Taliban. On the other hand, Indian Foreign Minister SM Krishna rubbished Pakistan's charge of India funding Taliban and termed the internal developments as of 'their own making.' "We have absolutely nothing to do with whatever is happening in Balochistan or whatever is happening within Pakistan. I think it is their own making," Krishna told reporters in New Delhi. The matter of India’s involvement in Balochistan was also figured in the India- Pakistan joint declaration issued by Prime Ministers of India and Pakistan at Sharm-al-Sheikh earlier this year.

Actually there are lots of Afghan Students who go to India for study and when they come home during winter and summer holidays, they buy few weapons from India for their personal security. Since economic conditions of Afghans are not good enough, they sell their weapons to the local markets and as you know Indian weapons are best weapons, Afghan Taliban buy them and gift every single of them to Tehreek-e-Taliban Pakistan. So this is the story and this is how those weapons make their way to Wazirastan. Its Hafiz Saeed who is reason of all crimes and ofcours that Le-T and Jaish-e-Muhammad. India is innocent. Succhhiii! :hitwall:

Here we are talking about truck loads of heavy weapon. Student don't bring motor shells from India for their protection. A handgun in a single isolated case can be ignored. But here army is talking about stash of Indian weapons..Plus India is founder and father of state sponsored terrorism. Read the whole case of uprising in Bangladesh.

It will be good to see these complaints itemized before the world. Please write to your government to insist upon this at the same time that you insist their rejection of the K-L Bill from America.

I look forward to learning about the proof behind the allegations directed at India. Personally, if such is occurring, I believe that the Afghan National Directorate of Intelligence would be most likely and would do so without Indian knowledge or complicity.

Still, that will all become clear when your representative, whoever that may be, makes his/her case before either the world press, the U.N. or both.

Thanks.:usflag:

I have to say I really hope our evidence is rock solid.

Yaa, lets see your "rock solid" evidence before the UN... and then talk...
India does export weapons to all over the world and there for obvious reasons it cannot control on who the "army" of the nation decides to pass onto...

So, Indians are backing away from the "82mm mortars are not manufactured in India" claim?

I would say history can't be changed if you cry out loud a lie.

However lets see, what is the evidence. And i am sure, this too will join the long list of baseless allegations they have made against india. And also, i think they are trying to unify the enemy and garner a complete support of the civilians including mullahs far the actions against the talibans, for that the convienient enemy is obviously INDIA.

Yes, India is supplying arms to all terrorists in Pakistan to come and attack India, It is supplying arms and logistics to people like Ajmal Kasab to hunt down innocent people in Mumbai and massacre them... anything else?
You guys are really gullible to your politicians and narrow minded reasoning .. everything revolves around India... it is easy to blame another country.. don't you realize that by making these false allegations, your own govt. is escaping responsibility? All these years, they have allowed these radicals to grow and prosper in the NWFP... It reminds me of a documentary on Discovery channel where some reporter was showing arms and ammunition being made and sold in open market... it was like a subzi mandi for god's sake...
Google for "world's largest illegal arms market"

Follow the link below if you are too lazy..
The biggest illegal arms market

The burden of proof lies with the ones who made the allegations. Is there documentary evidence about the mortars' manufacture in India?

.
Before UN, GoP should share the evidence with the nation itself so that there is support for the GoP.

Ruby ealier i was also keeping a safe posting here about this thinking it might be a psy-ops.

But today when listened to a witness and i tell you he is from a known news neutral rather somewhat pro-India, anti-establishment channel, he was the one who discovered the presence of these weapons and also the passport of that al-qaeda man in SW, i was happy that now there is some evidence and even those who were ealier used to laugh about such claims of Indian involvment have seen it with their own eyes.

He is a true mediaperson who realy bashes the govt, army and our policies but when today i met him and i said oh come on this is all psy-ops and there was no weapon, he said he was witness to that :)

So the bottom line for me is its good sign that now we have some clues i do not care if the world will accept it or not but in the long run we will be carefull to keep an eye on involvment of external players too.
