If you are working as an investigator... what most important is the information you collected.

The performance is based on the information you collected.

There's no excuse you can't do this and that, your boss will not care.

There's a people's life at the stake and national security (aka. everybody safety).

It's a dilemma actually.


But the middle path is, you are free to collect anything by any means, but you should not misuse the information that has nothing to do with what the government wants to know and need.

No, the problem of Americans is to watch the whole world until there is no point that is overlooked, using their national security as an excuse.
Today, all kinds of western-based technology (any software and hardware company works even if they do not want them) are offered to them on a gold platter. What is the relationship between the national security concerns of Americans living thousands of miles away and spying on my country?
We shouldn't have to accept it.
