Its just a reality that we all have to accept. No matter if we like it or not each nation is being spied by another, irrelevant of what side said nation has geopolitically. China is not alone in this paradigm. The point is that folks and ministers should have a healthy amount of chutzpah in accepting this reality and not making too much of a scene on it. For example, with all the ruckus coming out recently about NSA activities; are we really surprised? lol. Its not like the Germans or the English were free from spying activities as well. lol.

The whole world was shocked but not just surprised when Edward Snow told the story.

And you should tell the west politician/companies/gov who claim we spy their military or business secret just to accept it . It is just a reality that they have to accept because only the criminals who are caught are criminals in your logic.

For government and strategic higher-ups, that was probably nothing new and nothing to be surprised about. But for general public, it was a shocker.

Now China and others have the ultimate convenience of responding back to the US: "But it was you who did it first." Pretty rough but effective.
