I believe PM has no authority to remove him or his institution. NAB and its Chairman are constitutional entity and appointment.

Even that is controversial. In fact, NAB Ordinance doesn't clearly lay down the procedure for the removal of NAB Chairman. It would need to be modified, for the purpose.
