This is exactly what i suspect too. Either they are testing waters before going after IK or they want to sabotage Pubjab bi-elections as they can see clear defeat.

Adil Sheikh has been arrested on the request of Sindh Govt. He was arrested few weeks back in Badin that is why he had to leave Sindh
