Now Indian Soldiers being fed Plastic Rice

Wrong title.
This video was taken in a railways train where food is provided entirely by IRCTC Ltd.
So IRCTC gives plastic rice to every passenger and not just army.

Thus this is not under army's responsibility.
At the most they can complain to Railway Ministry but other than that they can do nothing else as army has zero authority over railways.

Yes sir, as per the geniuses in this thread, some one is buying plastic at 45 rupees, processing the said at extra cost to make it look like rice & transporting it all around India and selling it to make 'profit'...all the while you can buy best quality rice at much cheaper price.
