I don't think so. Everybody knows India had interest helping Bangladesh's independence cause. If India try to remind us about 1971 again and again, it will backfire on them. This current Indian insistence on '1971 help' is the result of current Hasina govt's politics over 1971 and showering India with praise for it's role. Sheikh Hasina and top AL leadership do not meet with Indian leaders without reminding them how Bangladesh is grateful for their help. So Indian also trying to play psychological game with Bangladeshis believing it will help them. Sheikh Hasina has personal and political reasons to shower India with '1971 praise' and reminding Bangladeshi people about the war time friendship and co-operation between Bangladesh and India. But it does not mean Bangladeshi people are buying those narrative or future leadership will carry same zeal of Hasina on obsessing with 1971-1975 period. If Indians find, invoking '1971 help' do not make any cut on Bangladeshi mind, they also will forget this tactic. Before Hasina came to power, neither Bangladeshis nor Indians mentioned 1971 for discussing bilateral relationship. Awami League's senior leadership are dying one by one, one day Sheikh Hasina will also die. Newer generation Awami League leaders have no personal memory of Indian help and they are not obsessed with 1971 bonhomie with India. So like every other historical events, 1971 will also loose it appeal.
