What? our state police need good rifles, INSAS will do just fine for them.... Atleast its better than lathi's and double barrel gun and Some SMG's...

and a 3 feet long holster for evey police to carry the gun in his belt.

Not true, never encountered any police man showing gun to harass common janta(people) though they might be corrupt! its only the stick (danda) which is misused the most.
