Man, I already had that it is not Raphael but F-18 Heads Up Display (HUD) with gun symbology. "Pipper" is on target (in this case an F-22 Raptor).

Because we need to replace close 250 ac n to do it in a short span of time we needed outside help n that came in the form of j10

Err, when?

Just ask F-22 pilots and they will tell you how lop-sided fights are with this bird versus others on a consistent basis.

Even the story of a Rafale getting a lock on an F-22A is half-baked. The problem is that Rafale was already painted before. But underdogs get to gloat.

The bottom left corner of the HUD displays CCRP (Continuously Computed Release Point) as bomb relasse mode, the aircraft who took this HUD snapshot was in Air to Ground mode.

Thanks for clarifying. OP posted a picture without any details so as to create confusion.
Maybe Windy was trying to drop a bomb on pdf the way this aircraft is trying to do on another aircraft.
