Indians are making fool of themselves to think Russians will be stupid enough to TOT their cutting edge stealth fighter under few billions. Russia didn't even want to TOT anything such as SU-27 during their difficult time as 1990s which their people were lined up to buy foods and get supplies, now Russia economy is much better than Boris Yeltsin time thank for oil and gas exportation and there is no reason they will TOT to India.
