We know Indian friendship with TTP which is open secret thus if that is case then this alleged TTP attack is attempt of RAW against Pak-China energy corridor, Killing of labour in Balochistan, Murder of Sabeen Mahmud, Altaf Hussain's Barking, ANP's opposition to PCEC and now this is quite understandable sequence of Indian covert terrorism in Pakistan.

Still case of escaped criminals from jail involved in Nanga Parbat base camp killing is unclear which grows doubt of possible Indian hand in terrorist activities there.

TTP cannot be behind this . They don't operate in the region . Secondly , where and how would they smuggle the type of weaponry needed to take down MI-17 . It's not easy to smuggle anything over there . Remember once we were taking Lasi to Gilgit from a village close to Gilgit in a big bottle and taking dried apricots in sacks . The check posts personal stopped our car had it inspected . Security is quite tight there . So not possible .

Technically it is not possible to shoot down a MI17 using a SAM. Also if look at the picture of the cashed chopper it clearly shows that the debris of the chopper didn't spread in the area as it should be if hit by some SAM.
