Give? Since when is anyone obligated to 'give' nuclear weapons to anyone else? If a country want nuclear weapons, either develop them on their own, or be in an alliance with those who have them and have a mutually beneficial relationship. Will Pakistan and India be willing partners to global nuclear weapons proliferation?

India doesn't care if US considers us hostile or not.US was ready to attack us in 1971 but we didn't budge.If you surf wikileaks you will see that India didn't care about US views on Myanmar & Iran.
