maybe pakistan is not even seeking missile technology any more after we developed missiles to cover entire india, in era of corruption and pakistan in economic troubles, i dont see it happening

OR... Could it be that your 'all weather friend' is no longer generous with giving you the more advanced missile/rocket technologies? Since they have already achieved their objective of attempt to contain India through Pakistan, but don't want to themselves get threatened by the same technology in hands of Pakistan.
